Draught Beer
Fresh on draught at the brewery
Quilz
$7.50
Like the North American Porcupine, the Cream Ale is an American original. Similar to pale lager, we craft ours with Colorado & Minnesota barley malt and corn for extra crispness, then sprinkle the brew kettle with delicately floral Contessa hops. Endlessly drinkable, but not skimping on flavor, Quilz has subtle pear character from German ale yeast, light grain notes, and a refreshing kiss of hops in the finish. 4.8% ABV.
Oktoberfest
$7.50
Autumn is our favorite time of the year around the brewery. As the leaves begin to turn, we brew a very special lagerbier to celebrate the season. Our Oktoberfest is crafted in the traditional Märzen style, featuring German Munich and Pils malts with a light addition of noble hops. A dash of toasted grain from Belgium makes this copper Oktoberfest bready, flavorful, & distinctly our own. 5.8% ABV.
Unfed Mind Vol. 2
$7.50
It is said the Unfed Mind devours itself. Therefor, we strive to feed our curiosity with an evolving exploration of the world’s most unusual new hop varietals. Pairing a classic standby hop, Simcoe, with modern experimental strains on a lean West Coast Pale Ale base allows us to better know these cutting edge newcomers. Vol. 2 blends Simcoe with a new Idaho hop simply knows as “Pink,” with grapefruit & vanilla notes. 5.9% ABV.
Kneebone
$7.00
Kneebone is named after one of the many scenic open spaces just down the road from our brewery. This small batch, unfiltered lager is crafted with imported German Pilsner malt, Bavarian noble hops, and our lager yeast. Expect crisp malt & spicy hop undertones in this acclaimed craft Pilsner. 5% ABV.
Cone Country
$7.50
This is the 2023 vintage of our very special “Wet Hop” Ale, Cone Country. Every year we wake up at the crack of dawn and head over to nearby Strotheide Farm, where Andrew & Dana have grown big, resinous cones of Chinook hops for years. Along with the help of some friends, we spend hours picking each and every bud by hand, then add the wet, sticky hops to the brew kettle within 24 hours. Truly a farm-to-glass experience! 5.7% ABV.

We’ve been brewing this flavorful American Brown Ale for quite some time, and over the years it’s become a tried-n-true favorite.
