JENNI'S IPA

I lost my mother to cancer in July. As a tribute to her beautiful life, we brewed up this wheat India Pale Ale. American Pils & Wheat malts are paired with a dash of German Munich malt for a soft, bready body, as Amarillo, Azacca, & Columbus Cryo hops layer in tropical citrus notes. Nice and soft from the wheat, with that perfect amount of dank from the Columbus cryo, a touch of tangerine, this is a great, easy IPA.​

Malts: American Pilsner, White Wheat, German Munich, Acidulated Malt

Yeast: California Ale Yeast
