The Ardennes is a mountainous region of Belgium famous for its farms, rolling hills, and quirky little breweries. We chose to honor the area’s official mascot, the rooster, or latin name: gallus. Golden hued with coriander spice & fruit notes, noble hopping, effervescence, and balanced finish from Belgian candi sugar.​​
